Create a group using the bigtincan from AT&T web portal

  1. Click the gear icon Image of the gear icon. on the left side of the homepage.

  2. Click on Users.

  3. Click the plus symbol Image of the plus symbol. to the right of “Groups”.

  4. Click in the field to the right of “Name” and enter a name for your group.
  5. Click in the box to the right of “Notes” and enter a description of your group.
    Note: Click on the checkbox to the left of “Interest Area” to select an Interest Area for the group. Click on the box to the right of “Image” to select a custom image for the group.
  6. Click the Create button.

  7. The group displays.
