Create an existing public group in AT&T Business Notification Center

  1. Access the AT&T Business Notification Center.
  2. Click Contacts.

  3. Click Groups.

  4. Click New Group.

    The actions in the photo are explained in the text.

  5. Click the radio button to the left of “Existing Public Group (Shared)”.
  6. Enter the name for the group in the field to the right of “Group Name”.
    Note: The name of this group must match an existing public group name exactly.
  7. If necessary, enter a description in the field to the right of “Description”.
  8. Click Create Group.

  9. A pop-up box appears to confirm the existing public group is successfully created.
