Create a story using the bigtincan from AT&T web portal

  1. From the home screen, click the plus symbol Image of the plus symbol. at the top right of the page.

  2. Click on Story in the menu.

  3. Click the field labeled “Story Title” and enter a title for the story.
    Note: If you need to place this story into a different channel, click the “Add Channel” button.

  4. Click the field Under “Description” and enter a description for your story.

  5. Click scroll to and click on “Add file” and then select the file type.

  6. Click in the field under “Tags” and enter the desired tags.

  7. Scroll to the “Meetings” section and click on the Add Meeting button.

  8. Click in the field labeled “Meeting Name” and enter a name for your meeting.

  9. Click on the calendar icon Image of the calendar icon. in the field to the right of “Start” and select the desired date.
  10. Click on the clock icon Image of the clock icon. in the field to the right of “Start” and select the desired time.

  11. Click on the calendar icon Image of the calendar icon. in the field to the right of “End” and select the desired date.
  12. Click on the clock icon Image of the clock icon. in the field to the right of “Start” and select the desired time.

  13. Select the desired options and then click on the Publish button.
