Create a group with the AT&T Mobile Forms web portal

  1. Hover over the drop-down arrow Image of the drop-down arrow. to the right of “Users & Groups”.

  2. Hover over “Groups…” and then click on Create Group.

  3. Click in the field under “* Name” and enter a name for your form.
  4. Click in the field under “Description” to add a description for your form.

  5. Under “Available Users”, select the users you want to move into the new group and then click the right-pointing arrows Image of the right arrows..

  6. Under “Available FormSpaces”, click the desired space and then click the right-pointing arrows Image of the right arrows..
    Note: If no form space is assigned, the users in this group will not have access to any forms.

  7. Click the Create button.
