Create a group with the AT&T Mobile Forms web portal

1.       Hover over the drop-down arrow Image of the drop-down arrow. to the right of “Users & Groups”.

2.       Hover over go to “Groups…”, and then click Create Group.

3.       Click in the field under “Name” and enter a name for your form.

4.       Click in the field under “Description” to add a description for your form.

5.       Under “Available Users”, select the users you want to move into the new group and then click the right pointing arrows Image of the righ tpointing arrows..

6.       Click the desired “FormSpace” and click the right pointing arrows Image of the right pointing arrows..

Note: If no form space is assigned, the users in this group will not have access to any forms.

7.       Click the Create button.
