1. On which RingCentral Office@Hand from AT&T service is this feature available?
For Premium users only.

2. Is it available to US customers only?
Yes, conferencing is currently available to US Premium user only.

3. Should VoIP be turned on to use ‘Join as Host’ feature?
Yes, VoIP is needed for the feature to work as designed. If VoIP is turned off, then conference number is dialed but user will need to punch in host code to enter conference.

4. On which RingCentral Office@Hand from AT&T Mobile App is the feature available?
All Office@Hand App on iPhone, iPad, and Android smartphone.

NOTE:  The Office@Hand app is not available on Blackberry.

5. Which email client does the conference email invite support?
Whatever is the default email client on the mobile phone.

6. Which users can be sent text with conferencing details?
Any individual user or department on the Office@Hand system.

7. Can user modify the prepopulated content of text or email invite?
Yes.  Conferencing details are prepopulated for ease of use, however user can add or modify the content as needed.

8. Can host use ‘join the conference’ from outside of US?
Yes.  Host can use the feature from any country as long as VoIP is turned on. If VoIP is turned OFF, host will need to enter host code, and may incur carrier and other charges.

9. Are the conferencing details (dial-in number, access codes) the same as on Service Web?
Yes, user’s conference details are the same on both service web and on the Office@Hand app.

10. Do host controls like mute participants work on mobile app?
Yes. The same host controls work for conferencing on mobile using touch tone commands.

11. When do existing Premium users get this feature?
Premium customers will be able to download the updated Office@Hand app and get this feature.
