Complete your organization profile in the AT&T Messaging Toolkit web portal

Note: On your first log in to AT&T Messaging Toolkit, you must complete or confirm your organization profile before continuing to use the application.

  1. From the web portal home screen, the Organization Setup screen opens automatically after your first log in.
  2. To access the Organization Setup screen any other time, click Account from the top navigation bar, and then click Edit Organization Profile.

  3. Click in the field to the right of “Name”, and then enter or edit your organization name.

  4. Click in the first field to the right of “Contact Number”, and then scroll to and click your country.

  5. Click in the second field to the right of “Contact Number”, and then enter or edit your number.

  6. Click in the field to the right of “Email”, and then enter or edit your email address.

  7. Click in the field to the right of “Address”, and then enter or edit your business address.

  8. Click in the field to the right of “City”, and then enter or edit your city.

  9. (Optional) Click in the field to the right of “State/Province”, and then enter or edit your state or province.

  10. Click in the field to the right of “Zip Code”, and then enter or edit your business zip code.

  11. Click in the field to the right of “Country”, and then scroll to and click your country.

  12. Click in the field to the right of “Industry”, and then scroll to and click the industry type that most closely represents your organization.

  13. Click in the field to the right of “This account’s main use is for”, and then scroll to and click the use type that most closely represents your organization.

  14. Click in the field to the right of “Time Zone”, and then scroll to and click the time zone that correlates to your business address.

  15. Review all entered information, and then click Complete Setup.

  16. Your organization profile is complete.
