Checking the Outbox Section of Your Mobile App

The Outbox section of FaxOut provides an overview of the fax message that have not been sent. FaxOut enables you to compose, preview and send faxes directly from your Office@Hand mobile app.

Step 1:
Launch the Office@Hand mobile app on your device.

Step 2:
Tap Menu > Documents.

Step 3:
Tap Outbox.

Actions in the photo are explained in the text.

The Outbox section has the following features:

• Once your message is composed, choose the Send option and keep the application open until the fax has been sent.

NOTE:  iPhone users should not switch apps or hit the home key until the fax is sent. You can also choose to Cancel Forward a fax while sending it.

• Faxes in outbox have not been sent – when the fax is sent, it will no longer be visible in the outbox screen.

• A failed fax will display in red in Outbox.
