Note: Changing your password and security details require your current password. If you have no access with your current password follow these steps:

  1. On the log-in screen, click Forgot Password.
  2. Enter your information and the code then click Next.

    Enter your information and the code then click Next.

  3. Enter your answer to your Security Question then click Submit.
  4. An email will be sent to your account’s email. Follow the steps provided in the email.

 

Login – Change User’s Password, PIN, and Security Question | Admin

This section provides information on how Administrators can change the Passwords, PINs, and Security Questions on an extension’s online account to maintain the account’s confidentiality and privacy.

In order to change another User’s Password, PIN or Security Question, an Account administrator should log in to the AT&T Office@Hand Online account and access a User’s User Details.

Accessing another User’s User Details

  1. Log in to your AT&T Office@Hand Online account.
  2. Go to Users > User list.
  3. Click the name of the User whose security settings need to be changed.

  4. Go to User Details > General then click Change Password.
  5. Enter the Current Admin Password.
  6. The following actions can be done at this point:
    Change the Password
    Change the PIN
    Change the Security Question and Answer

    • Change the Password
      The Password is used to login to your Online account.
      Enter the New Password. Re-enter the new password in the Confirm Password box then click Save.
      Note: The New Password needs to follow the Password Criteria. The criteria allow the User’s Password to be secure and less vulnerable to unauthorized access. It should at least contain:

      • One (1) letter
      • One (1) number
      • One (1) special character (!, @, #, $, %, ^, &, * , .) or One (1) uppercase letter
      • At least eight (8) characters with a maximum of 32 characters.

        The Password is used to login to your Online account.

    • Change the PIN
      The PIN is used to verify the User’s identity when checking their voicemail from a phone or in the automated attendant when contacting Customer Care.
      Enter the New PIN. Re-enter the new PIN in the Confirm PIN box then click Save.
      The new PIN must meet the following criteria:

      • At least 6 numbers
      • Maximum of 10 numbers
      • No letters
      • Non-sequential and Non-repeating

        Enter the New PIN. Re-enter the new PIN in the Confirm PIN box then click Save.

    • Change the Security Question and Answer
      The Security Question and Answer is used to reset your password or to identify your account when contacting Customer Service. Click on the drop-down list to select the security question and fill in the answer field.

  7. Confirm the changes and click Save.

 

Login – Change Password via Online Account

This section provides information on how to change your password through your AT&T Office@Hand online account. Your Password is used to log in your account across AT&T Office@Hand Platforms.

  1. Log in to your AT&T Office@Hand online account.
  2. Click Settings.
    Note: If you are logged in as an Administrator and would like to change your Password, PIN or Security Question, you have to switch the view from Admin Portal to My Extension, then click Settings.
  3. Go to User Details > General then click Change Password.

  4. Enter your Current Password, and then enter the New Password and Confirm Password. Click Save.

    Note: The new Password needs to follow the Password Criteria. This criteria makes the User’s Password secure and less vulnerable to unauthorized access. The Password must meet the following criteria:

    • At least eight (8) characters with a maximum of 32 characters.
    • No repeating or sequential characters/numbers

 

Login – Change PIN via Online Account

This section provides information on how to change your PIN through your AT&T Office@Hand online account. The PIN is used to verify the User’s identity when checking their voicemail from a phone or in the automated attendant when contacting Customer Care. Follow the steps below to change your PIN.

  1. Log in to your AT&T Office@Hand online account.
  2. Click Settings.
    Note: If you are logged in as an Administrator and would like to change your Password, PIN or Security Question, you have to switch the view from Admin Portal to My Extension, then click Settings.
  3. Go to User Details > General then click Change Password.

  4. Enter your Current Password.
  5. Click Change PIN then enter the New PIN and Confirm PIN. Click Save.
    Note: Please choose a PIN with 6 to 10 non-repeating numerical digits.

Login – Change Security Question via Online Account

This section provides information on how to change your security question through your AT&T Office@Hand online account. The Security Question is used to verify information when you want to reset your password or to identify your account when contacting Customer Service. Follow the steps below to change your security question.

  1. Log in to your AT&T Office@Hand online account.
  2. Click Settings.
    Note: If you are logged in as an Administrator and would like to change your Password, PIN or Security Question, you have to switch the view from Admin Portal to My Extension, then click Settings.
  3. Go to User Details > General then click Change Password.

  4. Enter your Current Password.
  5. Go to Security Question then click on the drop-down list to select your security question.
    Fill in the answer field and click Save.
