Change the Tones settings in AT&T Enhanced Push-to-Talk Web Dispatch

  1. Log in to Web Dispatch, and then click on the gear icon Image of the gear icon. at the top right.

  2. Click on Settings in the menu.

  3. Click on the TONES tab.

  4. Click on the dropdown to the right of “Instant Personal Alert”.

  5. Click on the desired tone from the list.
    Note: You can also click on None to disable the tone.

  6. Click on the play button Image of the play button. to the right of the dropdown to play the selected tone.
  7. Click on the dropdown to the right of the desired notifications to either disable them or set a tone.

  8. Click on the checkbox to the right of “Play alert tones during call” to enable or disable tones while on a call.
  9. Click on the checkbox to the right of “Play call tones” to enable the call tones.
  10. Click on the checkbox to the right of “Play notification tones” to enable or disable the notifications.

  11. The changes automatically save.
  12. Click on Cancel to return to the home screen or click on a different settings tab.
