Change a user’s AT&T Mobile Forms password

Note: Password changes can only be completed by administrators.

1.     From the home screen, click on USERS & GROUPS.

2.     Click the desired user’s display name.

3.     Click on the CHANGE PASSWORD button.

4.     Click the field below “Password” and enter the new password from the user.

5.     Click the field below “Confirm Password” and confirm the new password.

6.     Click the Update button.

7.     The password updates.
