Change a user’s AT&T Mobile Forms password

Note: Only administrators can change user’s passwords.

  1. From the home screen, click on USERS & GROUPS.

  2. Click the desired user’s name.

  3. Click on the CHANGE PASSWORD button.

  4. Click the field below “Password” and enter the new password from the user.
  5. Click the field below “Confirm Password” and confirm the new password.

  6. Click the Update button.
