Cancel an order with AT&T Workforce Manager
- Click History.
- Click Order History.
- Locate the desired order.
- Click View, to the left of the order you wish to cancel.
- Click the dropdown arrow to the right of “Order status:” and select Cancelled.
- Click the dropdown arrow to the right of “User:” and select the desired user.
- Click Save.
- The order is cancelled.
- Click OK.
