Call Queue – Set Do-Not-Disturb and Availability | AT&T Office@Hand Mobile

When enabled, Do Not Disturb (DND) will send all your callers to voicemail. The Do Not Disturb feature on your AT&T Office@Hand account is extension specific; it does not affect other extensions. Users can also set their availability status as Available, Busy, Do Not Disturb, or Invisible.

Follow the steps below to know how to set your availability status on your AT&T Office@Hand Mobile.

Call Queue – Set Do-Not-Disturb and Availability

  1. Launch the AT&T Office@Hand Mobile app on your device.
  2. Tap your profile picture.

    Tap your profile picture.

  3. Tap Status, select your availability status, and then tap Done.

    You can also tap the slider button opposite Accept Queue Calls to enable or disable your availability.

    If this option is Disabled, you will still receive calls and notifications when someone dials your extension directly, but you will not be able to receive calls from a department or a call queue.

    Note: This setting is automatically applied to your extension once you have selected your desired DND function.
