Desktop App download and activation
How do I assign the AT&T Office@Hand Desktop App to one of the Users in the account?
The AT&T Office@Hand Desktop App will need to be associated to a phone device to fully utilize the capabilities of your VoIP service. This article will guide you in setting up the AT&T Office@Hand Desktop App on your computer.
- Log in to your Office@Hand online account.
- Click Settings.
If you are logged in as an Administrator, hover on Admin Portal > click My Extension and then, click Settings.
- Click Phones & Numbers and then, click Download/Activate Apps.
- Click Download Office@Hand for desktop and then, select your computer’s Operating System. Click Done to exit the window.
- Once the download is done, run and install the Office@Hand Desktop App.
When installation is done, you may now be able to log in to your Office@Hand Desktop App.
