Assign responsibility and update status in the Communications Console using pdvConnect

  1. Click Command Center, and then click Communications Console.

      The actions in the photo are explained in the text.

  2. From the list of messages, highlight and click on the message that needs the status change.
    Note: Messages in the list will display with colored text depending on their status. Red = Closed; Green = Open; Black = New. You may need to refresh the browser to see an updated message status.

  3. Scroll down to the details.
  4. Click the dropdown menu and select the appropriate status.
    Note: Check the box to the left of “Priority Message” to add an exclamation point to the message. When working messages ensure you populate the Modified By text box.

  5. Click Update Status.
