Assign products to a user in AT&T Business Console

  1. Click on AT&T Business Console at the top left of the page.

  2. Click on Manage, then click on Manage products.

  3. Scroll down to the desired product.

  4. Click the Assign or un-assign user licenses link.
    Note: The products shown in the tutorial are subject to change.

  5. Select the radio button to the left of “Assign user licenses”.
  6. Click on the Continue button.

  7. Use the dropdowns under “Foundation Account” or “Wireless number” to select an account.
    Note: Theis will display by default if you only have on FAN number assigned.

  8. Click the Continue button.

  9. Scroll down to the desired user(s).
    Note: The list contains users that do not currently have the product assigned.

  10. Click the checkbox(s) to the left of the desired users.

  11. Click the Continue button.

  12. Enter any additional required information for your product.
  13. Click the Assign button.

  14. A message displays confirming that the product was assigned.
    Note: End users will receive a notification with next steps.
