[ADMIN] Forwarding Calls to your RingCentral AT&T Number via Web
You can forward a call to your RingCentral Office@Hand from AT&T account. Follow the steps below to learn how:
NOTE: You need to be an Account Administrator to perform this action.
Log on to your RingCentral Office@Hand from AT&T account. Make sure to enter the correct extension number.
Hover your mouse pointer over Settings and select Phone System.
Select Company Number.
Click Use your existing number.
Select the option Forward my calls to RingCentral Office@Hand from AT&T.
Type in your existing phone number that you want to add as a forwarding number for RingCentral Office@Hand from AT&T.
Select the account extension where you want the calls to be forwarded.
Click Done to confirm the details you added.
Read the disclaimer regarding the forwarding rules on your RingCentral Office@Hand from AT&T with your local phone company. Click Done when finished.
The forwarding number is now displayed on your account under Forwarded Numbers.
