Can I set up my preferred operating hours through my online account?

Company Hours refer to your company’s call handling rules during and after your company business hours. In this section of your account, you can choose the following Call Handling settings for your company:

  1. Log in as an Administrator to your Office@Hand online account.
  2. Go to Admin Portal, and then click Phone System.

  3. On the General Settings tab, click Company Hours.

  4. Set your company’s business hours
    Set to 24 hours, 7 days a week
    Set to custom hours

This option lets incoming calls be handled the same way all the time, every day

Select 24 hours / 7 days a week, then click Save.

Proceed to set your Company’s Time Zone and Time Format.

Set to Custom Hours

Select this option if you want incoming calls to be handled differently when your business is open and when it is closed.

Select Custom hours.

Set the working hours for the entire week. You have the option to select 24 hours if there are days in the week when the business is open the whole day. Click Copy to Weekdays if necessary.

Click Save.

Click Save.

Proceed to set your Company’s Time Zone and Time Format.

Setting the correct time zone ensures that you will not miss any calls when you specify your company’s hours of operation.

  1. On the General Settings tab, click Regional Settings.

    On the General Settings tab, click Regional Settings.

  2. Customize your Time Zone, Home Country Code, and Time Format.

    Click Save.

    Note: The Time Format you will select will be set as the default for the entire company, unless the User changes their preference in their own extension.
     

    • 12 h (example: 11:00 PM)
    • 24 h (example: 23:00)
