Checking the status of your number transfer request

Transferring your non-Office@Hand telephone numbers can by transferred to Office@Hand by doing the Starting a Local and Toll free number transfer request for RingCentral Office@Hand from AT&T request through the online account. You can submit documentary requirements or view the status of your Number Transfer request through the online account.

IMPORTANT: If you are transferring a number with SMS feature, your service may be interrupted for 72 hours on completion of the number transfer request.

Once you have finished submitting the requirements, you can check the status of your number transfer request online by following the steps below:

  1. Logging in to your Office@Hand account.
  2. Go to Admin Portal > Phone System > Phone Numbers, and then select the Transferred and Vanity Tab.

    Note: Allow 5-15 business days to transfer your number.
