Adding a keyword to trigger an auto reply using the AT&T Landline Texting web application

  1. Click on Keywords On at the top of the home page.

  2. Click on the +ADD button.

  3. Click in the “Enter Keyword” box to the left of the off and on buttons, then enter the keyword to trigger the auto reply.
    Note: Please enter only one keyword with no spaces. There is a 160 character maximum for the reply message.
  4. Click in the “Type your reply message” field and enter the desired message.
  5. Click the On button to the right of the field.
  6. Click SAVE.

  7. The new keyword displays in the list.
