Adding a keyword to trigger an auto reply using the AT&T Landline Texting web application

Note: There is a 160 character maximum for the reply message.
Note: Please enter only one keyword with no spaces.

  1. From the AT&T Landline Texting web application home page, click Keywords On

  2. Click +ADD

  3. Click in the “Enter Keyword” box to the left of the off and on buttons, then enter the keyword to trigger the auto reply.
  4. Click in the “Type your reply message” box and enter the appropriate message for the keyword.
  5. Click On.
  6. Click SAVE

  7. The new keyword displays in the list.
