Add users in bulk in AT&T Business Console

  1. Click on AT&T Business Console at the top left of the page.

  2. Click on Manage and then click on Manage dashboard.

  3. Click on the Add multiple user link in the “Manage Users” section.

  4. Click the Download link to the right of either “Add user (excel template)”, or “Add users (CSV template)”.
    Note: If you already have the template skip to step 9.

  5. Click on the either “Open with” or “Save file”.
  6. Click on the OK button.

  7. Open the document and use the field to enter the user’s information.

  8. Click the save icon at the top left and close the template.

  9. Click on the radio button to the left of Add multiple users.

  10. Click on the Continue button.

  11. Click on the Select file button.

  12. Navigate to and click on the template.
  13. Click the Open button.

  14. A message displays confirming that the file uploaded correctly.
  15. Click the Continue button.

  16. The user information displays.
  17. Click the Submit button.

  18. A message displays confirming that the users are added.
