Add call notification settings with AT&T Collaborate

With the AT&T Collaborate℠ service, the Call Notify feature can notify you when you miss an important call. You set specific criteria for important phone numbers. Then, when you miss a call that matches all the criteria, you receive an email with the caller’s name and phone number. Each criteria you create can include up to 12 phone numbers or digit patterns, a specific business schedule, and a specific holiday schedule.

Set up Call Notify

  1. On the Collaborate homepage, on the left menu, click Features. The Features page appears.
  2. At the bottom of the page, click View advanced features.
  3. In the Call Notify section, click Set up or Edit.
  4. In the Send email to field, enter the email address where you want notifications to be sent, and then click Save.
  5. Click Add criteria. The Add criteria page appears.
  6. Enter a criteria name and select an action. Continue with Assign schedules.

Assign schedules (Business and Holiday)

  1. For Business, click Assign. Select a schedule type, choose your settings, and then click Assign again. You can select:
    • The preset 24/7 schedule.
    • An existing schedule, and then edit it if you want.
    • A new schedule. Select Create a custom schedule, enter a schedule name, and set time and date ranges.
  2. For Holiday, click Assign. Select a schedule type, and then click Assign again.
    • If you select Create a custom schedule, enter a schedule name, and then click Add event.
    • Set the event name and time and date ranges, and then click Add.
      To add more events, click Add event and repeat.
  3. Continue with Inbound phone numbers.

Inbound phone numbers:

  1. To send a notification for any incoming call that matches this criteria, select All phone numbers.
  2. To send a notification for incoming calls only from specific phone numbers:
    • Select Only specific phone numbers.
    • Enter a 10-digit number, and then click Add.
    • Repeat to add up to 12 phone numbers.
  3. To receive notifications to your primary number in addition to an email, under Notify calls to, check Primary number.
  4. When you’re finished, click Save at the bottom of the page.
  5. In the Success message that appears, click OK. The Call Notify page appears.
  6. To add more criteria, click Add criteria and repeat the procedure.

Manage criteria

  1. On the Collaborate homepage, on the left menu, click Features. The Features page appears.
  2. At the bottom of the page, click View advanced features.
  3. In the Call Notify section, click Edit. The Call Notify page appears.
  4. To delete criteria, click Delete. In the warning message that appears, click Delete.
  5. To edit criteria, click Edit. The Edit criteria page appears.
  6. Adjust the profile, schedule, and criteria settings, and then click Save.
  7. In the Success message that appears, click OK. The Call Notify page appears.
  8. Click Save.
