Add a user with the AT&T Mobile Forms web portal

  1. From the home page, hover over the drop-down arrow Image of the drop-down arrow. to the right of   “USERS & GROUPS”.

  2. Hover over “Users…”.
  3. Click Create User in the menu.

  4. Enter the user’s information int he following fields:

    • In the field under “Username”, enter the desired username. Typically, the username is the same as the email address.
    • In the field under “Email Address”, enter the user’s email address.
    • In the field under “First Name”, enter the user’s first name.
    • In the field under “Last Name”, enter the user’s last name.
    • In the field under “Company Name”, enter the user’s company name.
  5. Scroll down the page.

  6. Click the drop-down arrow Image of the drop-down arrow. under “* Role”.
  7. Click on the desired user role.
    Note: The role determines the user’s level of access to the web administration portal.

  8. Click on the desired group(s) under “Available Groups”.
  9. Click the right arrows button Image of the right arrows..

  10. Click the “Add” button under “External System Alias”.

  11. Click in the field under “System” and enter the system name.
  12. Click in the field under “Alias” and enter the user’s alias.
    Note: To add more systems click the “Add” button and then repeat steps 11 and 12.

  13. Click the radio button to the left of either “Send user a link to securely set their password (Recommended)”, or “Set a password now”.
    Note: if you select to set a password now the password requirements and fields to enter and confirm the password display.

  14. To send the user a custom welcome email, click in the field under “Custom Message in Welcome Email” and enter your message.
    Note: If you choose to create a password now you can click the checkbox to the left of “Send Welcome Email on Create”.

  15. Click the Create button.
